Janice is brilliant! I was incredibly nervous about my first ever wax, but she put me totally at ease. Extremely knowledgeable - she explained everything she was doing and why, she provided great aftercare advice and was incredibly professional but with such a kind, friendly nature. Guysss my first ever wax and it was nowhere near as painful as I’d expected! Janice was sooo friendly she made me feel comfortable and actually talked me through the process AND it was over in no time! Results were incredible!
